Upon applying for a Visa your age must be from 14-79 during the interview proper. Children under 13 years and older persons 80 and above are no longer needed for the interview.
Required documents All applicants for student must provide the following set of requirements such as Form I-20A-B, Certificate of eligibility for non-immigrant (m-1), Certificate of eligibility for non-immigrant (F-1), SEVIS generated form to be provided by your school, SEVIS form filled up by the school, and completed application for non-immigrant visa applicant. Passport The applicant should also apply for passport ahead of time so that this requirement would not also become a hassle when you finally decide to go or get accepted by the embassy. The passport should be valid for at least six months.
MRV Receipt This is also required by the embassy to prepare including the visa issuance fee as well as the SEVIS I-901 receipt.
Other requirements During the visit at the embassy the applicant should also bring the following: transcripts as well as diplomas from other schools, results of any exams attended including SAT, GMAT, TOEFL and GRE.
